I dashed out the door! I was so happy that today was Easter! My grandparents came over from Enterprise to celebrate with us. When I was 5 years old I thought I saw the Easter bunny. When I woke up I started to look for my purple Easter egg basket the bunny left for me. When I found it I went looking for eggs that the Easter bunny left for me. After we found all of the colorful eggs we ate lunch and after lunch was my favorite part of the day. We did our family Easter egg hunt. All of the kids would stay inside while the the parents hid the eggs. Some of the eggs had money in them. I was so excited. When we went to look for eggs I found one in a tree. I couldn't reach it. Then my older sister stole it. I got really mad at her but then she gave me one of her own eggs. I found colorful eggs in strange places. I found one in the old rusty chicken coop. We ate our candy when we were done with the Easter egg hunt. I had awesome day.
