I played a basketball game this weekend. I have a great team. We all work hard. Our team got so close to winning. The score was 12 to 14 at the end of the game. Our team went against Hermiston. They were a tough team to beat. At first they were in the lead. Then we were. It went from one team being in the lead to the other. My team played so well until the end. One of my teammates fouled out. I knew we had to work really hard now. We scored some more points but so did the other team. I got tired at the end. Our team scored the most points we had ever scored in a game. There was 30 seconds left and it was a tied game. We had the ball then the other team stole it and scored. The buzzer went off. We had lost the game. My team did our best and we were tired. Do you play basketball?
What an exciting game! You explained it so clearly. I would like to see you play sometime. I use to play basketball in middle school and high school. It is still my favorite sport to play. I still remember the first time I scored in a game. Do you shoot the ball?
