So this all started when I was 6 and I got off the bus to go to daycare. So I was playing with my 3-year older than me friend Ryan. We were passing a ball back and forth over a sandbox. A kid named Gabe bumped into me and I hit the corner of the sandbox and just then the ball hit hit my back. I went to the hospital and while going I held a wash cloth to my head. I was as lucky as possible to get it glued not stitched. That's why you don't throw a ball above a sand box with people around-also be careful.
That is a bummer that you got hurt playing catch. It sounds like you were really happy to get the wound glued instead of stitched. Have you ever had stitches?
ReplyDeleteI like how you ended your story with the lesson that you learned. I think it's clever.
ReplyDeleteI remember how tough you were about it like it was no big deal.
