So right when we came in from recess I got a paper and a pencil and went to the cafeteria. Then we wrote one through thirty-five. I sat next to Carson and Matthew. After that we started to wright it was hard but I think I did good. The longest word was like ten letters. Some of them were easy. I think there were like eight people from our class and five from the other third grade class. There were lots of fifth graders. Do you do the spelling Bee.
I heard from Mrs. Smith that there was a very large turn out for the spellng bee and that everyone was very focused on doing well. I was always a good speller in school, but my friend always won the spelling bee.
ReplyDeleteIt looked like the whole school was going to the spelling bee. More than half of our class participated. I like that you try so many things.
ReplyDeleteHagrid- I was thrilled to see so many students at the spelling bee. I agree that it was a very difficult list. A few of the words were even unrecognizable to some kids. I am proud of how many students wanted to be involved in an academic activity! Way to go!
